Suzi Popkess,
Watercolor / Silversmith Jewelry
First influenced by her father’s art, Suzi Popkess has been painting for over 45 years. Concentrating her skills on watercolor scenes of Colorado, the Southwest, and Italian design, she renders splendidly rich landscapes and still-life paintings. Suzi says, “I especially enjoy working in watercolor medium for its deep earth tones and vibrant colors.” She is a gifted silversmith and also fashions exquisite jewelry!
Suzi creates her paintings and silversmithing in her home studio in the country outside of Florence, where natural Colorado beauty inspires her artwork every day.

Holli Thompson
Paper and Fiber Wall Hangings
I am a paper clay artist and a painter.
I love the challenge and intrigue of paper clay, from the beginning of the shredded paper stage to the rich, vibrant colors and textures in a finished piece of art. There is always something new to learn … pushing me on to the next creative piece.
My roots are in drawing and painting … the mere act of drawing fills me with happiness to this day. And, painting is such a wonderful adventure! I particularly love watercolor, colored pencil and acrylic. I feel as if I have barely scratched the surface.

Cathey Young
Oil
My goal is always to leave enough to the imagination of the viewer that they will become engaged with the painting. So much more satisfying to complete the creation matching one's own desires.
