Meetings are held the first Saturday of each month (excluding July and August) at 1:00 p.m. 416 Main St. Canon City, CO.

Come to your first complimentary meeting and decide if you would like to become a member.

There is an Annual Membership show with awards held at the Gallery.

Every meeting has a demo from a different Guest Artist who will demonstrate their own expertise and knowledge in their medium with questions from our members. A newsletter is sent out every month to all members. SCWFAS is a great way to help artists forge friendships and become better artists through networking with many other artists.

Each month the Guest Artist will be announced on this website.

April: Mr. Jim Coursey. Accomplished Graphite, Oil and Pastel artist. The demo will be “Pastel’s for the Beginner”.
