First influenced by her father’s art, Suzi Popkess has been painting for over 45 years.  Concentrating her skills on scenes of Colorado, the Southwest, and Italian design, she renders splendidly rich landscapes and still-life paintings.  Suzi says, “I especially enjoy working in watercolor and oil for its deep earth tones and vibrant colors.”  She is a very gifted silversmith and fashions exquisite jewelry, too! Suzi creates her paintings & silversmithing in her home studio in the country outside of Florence, where natural Colorado beauty inspires her artwork every day.
